"I like the path the robot follows; you can set the mowing direction in the app. It's a shame you can't set different directions, for example, every second or third mowing. You have to manually set each mowing. The details about the mobile data connection aren't clear to me; there's nothing about it on the website. How should I prepare my lawn before using the robot mower?
- For the best mowing results, make sure the grass is under 8 cm tall before first use. Remove stones, branches, and other obstacles, and fill in any holes or uneven areas on the lawn.
Can the robot mower handle slopes and uneven ground?
- Yes, but the slope should not exceed 18°. Areas with steeper inclines or spots where the mower could get stuck should be marked as no-go zones in the app.
Will the mower cut grass right up to walls and edges?
- For safety reasons, the mower may not reach grass within 10 cm of walls or certain edges. For the best finish, these areas may need to be trimmed manually. If the grass around the edges is taller than 9 cm, we recommend cutting it first.
What do I need to know about installing the base station?
- The base station should have 5 meters of straight, obstacle-free space in front of it. It can be secured on grass with anchors or attached to hard surfaces with a suitable adhesive. Each base station supports one map.
Can I use the mower without a base station?
- Yes. In Spot Mode, you can mow areas up to 100 m² without using a base station. Simply place the mower where needed and select Spot Mode in the app.
